Today’s New Releases!

Hello all, today we have just one new release. It is…

The One Memory Of Flora Banks by Emily Barr!

Seventeen-year-old Flora Banks has no short-term memory. Her mind resets itself several times a day, and has since the age of ten, when the tumor that was removed 30849412from Flora’s brain took with it her ability to make new memories. That is, until she kisses Drake, her best friend’s boyfriend, the night before he leaves town. Miraculously, this one memory breaks through Flora’s fractured mind, and sticks. Flora is convinced that Drake is responsible for restoring her memory and making her whole again. So when an encouraging email from Drake suggests she meet him on the other side of the world, Flora knows with certainty that this is the first step toward reclaiming her life.

With little more than the words “be brave” inked into her skin, and written reminders of who she is and why her memory is so limited, Flora sets off on an impossible journey to Svalbard, Norway, the land of the midnight sun, determined to find Drake. But from the moment she arrives in the arctic, nothing is quite as it seems, and Flora must “be brave” if she is ever to learn the truth about herself, and to make it safely home.

This one sounds awesome, who else is excited?

Glass Sword Cover Reveal!

Hey guys! I just recently read Red Queen by Victoria Aveyard, and it was fantastic, you can find my review of it here.

The second book in the series, Glass Sword just got a cover. Here it is.

'Red Queen': Exclusive Sequel Cover Reveal and Movie News

Isn’t that beautiful? You can read the article about the cover reveal on Yahoo, here. The crown is, of course, adorned with dripping blood, but this time, it’s not only red blood this time, but silver as well. The author, Victoria Aveyard, says that this is a symbol that there will be more blood spilled for the Silvers than in the first book. I love that it says “Kneel Or Bleed” on the cover, it makes me think that the Scarlet Guard will have a bigger role in this book, and that they’ll have more power than they did in the previous book. Or maybe Maven will become something bigger, or have more power, or become a bigger threat. Who knows? Not me, that’s for sure. This cover is again, just as beautiful as the cover for the first book, Red Queen. I am so excited to read this book and find out what happens with all of the characters, especially Mare and Cal! Glass Sword by Victoria Aveyard comes out on February 9th, 2016. Make sure you go out and pick up a copy, if you haven’t read Red Queen, I highly suggest you do! Let me know what you think down in the comments! I hope you enjoyed this and I’ll see you back here soon! Have a great rest of your day!

2. The 100 by Kass Morgan.

NO ONE HAS SET FOOT ON EARTH IN CENTURIES – UNTIL NOW.

Ever since a devastating nuclear war, humanity has lived on spaceships far above Earth’s radioactive surface. Now, one hundred juvenile delinquents – considered expendable by society – are being sent on a dangerous mission: to 17332969recolonize the planet. It could be their second chance at life… or it could be a suicide mission.

Clark was arrested for treason, though she’s haunted by the memory of what she really did. Wells, the chancellor’s son, came to Earth for the girl he loves – but will she ever forgive him? Reckless Bellamy fought his way onto the transport pod to protect his sister, the other half of the only pair of siblings in the universe. And Glass managed to escape back onto the ship, only to find that life there is just as dangerous as she feared it would be on Earth.

Confronted with a savage land and haunted by secrets from their pasts, the hundred must fight to survive. They were never meant to be heroes, but they may be mankind’s last hope.

So, yes. I have read a pitiful amount of books this year so far, I’m sorry for that. Well, those are all the books Iv e read, and some I hope to read. I hope you enjoyed this and I’ll see you back here soon!

The Shadowhunters: Casting, Camille

Hey Guys! We have yet another casting announcement, this is a little late my bad. I didn’t really think that this character would be in the show right away. She is an ex-girlfriend of Magnus and the leader of Simons coven. The one and only, Miss Camille Belcourt.

Here is our new Camille…

Her name is Kaitlyn Leeb. She has been in Heartland, Degrassi: The Next Generation, and Total Recall. Again, This is becoming a theme, I have not seen absolutely anything that she has been in. But, again, the casting so far has been pretty great, so I think that this one will be pretty great. She is not at all what I pictured for Camille, but that’s okay. I think that She will do absolutely great in the show! Thanks for stopping by and I hope to see you back here soon! Have great rest of your day!

The Shadowhunters: Casting, Meliorn

Hey guys! I was not really sure if this character would be in the television series, but, we know for sure that he is now. The character that I’m talking about is a certain, Seelie ex-boyfriend of the one and only Isabelle.

This is Meliorn of the Seelie Court…

His name is Jade Hassouné.  You may have seen him in the Lifetime movie Cyberbully with Emily Osment and Kay Panabaker. He’s also been in Brick Mansions and Erased. I have seen Cyberbully, but I have not seen anything else that he has been in. Again, I think the casting so far has been fantastic, so I think this was probably a good choice. He looks like someone who could play Meliorn, he looks very ethereal, and like someone who could be a Faerie Knight, so, I think he’ll do fine. I don’t really know how big of a role he’s going to play in the show, but Ill be very interested to see. Well, I hope you enjoyed this, and I’ll see you back here soon!
